Tulli Business Park’s conference facilities offer suitable alternatives for small informal meetings, as well as larger evening events. The five street-level meeting rooms are suitable for events of less than 18 people. The meeting rooms and sauna facilities on the seventh floor offer premises for 26 participants and
a magnificent view over the rooftops of Tampere. The facilities can also be re-served for external users.
You can easily order catering for your meeting from the Ravintola Tulli Business Park restaurant located in Tulli Business Park.
Alku / Meeting room
The harmonious Alku meeting room offers facilities for eight people. It is near the lobby service and restaurant.

Kasvu / Meeting room
Kasvu is a meeting room at street level that facilitates 14 people. It is right next to the res-taurant and lobby service. In the Kasvu meeting room, you can host meetings that require peace.

Saavutus / Meeting and sauna facilities
A bright and spacious combination of a meeting room and sauna facilities, where you can successfully organise both elegant cocktail parties and your company’s recreational evenings. Located on the seventh floor, the space offers stunning views over the city – even on the terrace and sauna benches! The conference table in Saavutus has places for 26 people. The facilities are also suitable for a more casual event for approximately 50 people. The facilities have a fully equipped kitchen.
Equipment in the room: TV, sound system, air conditioning, wireless and wired internet access, flip chart, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, cold drawer, tableware for approximately 50 people
Prices (VAT 0%):
- 4 h without sauna, between 8-17: 350 €
- Whole day reservation (working hours), 8-17: 600 €
- Evening reservation, 17-24: 800 €, without sauna 600 €
- Whole day reservation, 8-24: 1200 €, without sauna 900 €
- During the events (e.g. World Championships games) 1500 €

Cancellation policy for tenants
Cancellation policy for street-level conference facilities:
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge two business days before the event
- For cancellations made on the previous business day, we will charge 50% of the rent, and for cancellations on the day of the event, the full rent of the facilities will be charged.
Cancellation policy for Saavutus meeting and sauna facilities:
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge five business days before the event.
- If the cancellation request is received 1 to 4 business days before the event, we will charge 50% of the rent. For cancellations on the day of the event, the full rent of the facilities will be charged.
Cancellation policy for external guests

- An invoice surcharge of EUR 10 will be added to the invoice.
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge two business days before the event.
- For cancellations made on the previous business day, we will charge 50% of the rent, and for cancellations on the day of the event, the full rent of the facilities will be charged.
